Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout Europe and the rest the world with FREE Delivery offered to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for parcel consignment orders over £50.

Many of our products are classed as 'big and bulky' and must go by pallet, in these instances we unfortunately cannot offer free delivery. Our system is designed to virtually build a pallet so you can achieve the best possible value when ordering multiple items. All Pallet Deliveries are to Kerbside only however we offer a chargeable 'White Glove' service which includes delivery to within your property.

For all other countries, delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on what's in your basket and your geographical location. This information will be added to your basket so you can review before purchasing.

• You have ordered multiple items with different individual dispatch times, in most cases we try to consolidate all products before shipping

• It is a Bank or National Holiday period

• Your order has to be delivered on pallet
